ORLANDO, Florida, Sept. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release on Sept. 25, 2024:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Francisco Javier Arroyo (31, Crescent City) today pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Arroyo faces a minimum mandatory of 5 years, up to 40 years, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
