NEWARK, New Jersey, Sept. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release:
Three New Jersey licensed attorneys and a New Jersey licensed realtor were indicted for their roles in defrauding financial institutions in a short sale fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
