WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Today, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced it is taking action against Invitation Homes, which owns nearly 9,000 homes in Arizona, for an array of unlawful actions against consumers. The action follows multiple letters Rep. Gallego has sent urging the Commission to take action on predatory, anticompetitive rental practices.
