ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Sept. 25 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release:

Bernalillo County Commissioners passed a resolution this evening to issue Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB) not to exceed $942 million for the proposed Ebon Solar Project Apollo manufacturing facility within Bernalillo County.
