NEWARK, New Jersey, Sept. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Sept. 24, 2024:
A New York acupuncturist was sentenced today to 34 months in prison for participating in a $9 million health care fraud scheme to defraud Amtrak, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
Punson Figueroa, aka "Susie," 58, of Long Island City, New York, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo . . .
