Crane on Pierce Avenue coming down Sept. 28-29, lane closures scheduled

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Sept. 23 -- Vanderbilt University issued the following news:
As the Central Garage expansion on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center campus nears completion, the construction crane on Pierce Avenue will be dismantled. The removal will begin at 5 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, and conclude on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 11 p.m.
Staff can exit the Central Garage Pierce Avenue exit from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday by turning right only.
