Following sustained efforts from Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee Chairman Jon Tester, President Joe Biden today signed into law bipartisan, bicameral legislation to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) emergency funding for veterans' disability compensation, pension, and readjustment benefits.
