WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Sept. 19, 2024:
The Justice Department filed a civil complaint today in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas to enjoin John T. Ajuma, aka John Trobisch, from preparing federal tax returns for others.
The complaint alleges Ajuma prepared nearly 11,000 federal income tax returns from 2018 through 2024 through two sole proprietorships named "Destiny Tax Se . . .
