WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Rep. Darrell E. Issa, R-California, issued the following news release:
The No Censors on Our Shores Act, sponsored by Congressman Darrell Issa (CA-48) and Congresswoman Maria Salazar (FL-27), was passed out of the House Judiciary Committee by a vote of 16-9.
The bill specifies that official acts by a foreign government official against American citizens while they are in the U.S. - that would violate their First Amendment rights had it occurred . . .
