WHITE PLAINS, New York, Sept. 21 -- The New York State Power Authority issued the following news release on Sept. 19, 2024:
UTICA--The New York Power Authority (NYPA) today announced that the Hinckley Reservoir boat-launching ramp will be closing for the season, effective October 1.
