Duckworth, Durbin Join Cortez Masto in Bipartisan Resolution Recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month Resolution

WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:

Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) joined U.S. Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) and John Cornyn (R-TX) in introducing a bipartisan resolution to formally recognize Hispanic Heritage Month--which is celebrated from September 15 through October 15. The resolution successfully passed the Senate this week.
