WASHNGTON Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9), a senior member of the Judiciary Committee, today announced that the City of Memphis and the City of Covington will receive grants totaling $1,338,000 from the Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS).
