JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, Sept. 19 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:

Representatives from Missouri State Parks invite the public to provide input for Sappington African American Cemetery State Historic Site's conceptual development plan update. A 30-day comment period will begin Sept. 17, with a survey available online at mostateparks.com/cdp.
