ATLANTA, Georgia, Sept. 19 -- Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr issued the following news release:

Attorney General Chris Carr today announced that Averil Johnson, 45, of Lawrenceville, has been indicted in DeKalb County on 10 counts of felony Medicaid Fraud and two counts of felony Identity Fraud.
