MIAMI, Florida, Sept. 19 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Miami Division issued the following news release:
On Sept. 16, Hubert Ramon Santiesteban, 55, pled guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and attempt to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
According to the court record, Santiesteban, of Sebring, Fla., negotiated the purchase of 30 kilograms of cocaine. In April of 20 . . .
