ORLANDO, Florida, Sept. 19 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Miami Division issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza has sentenced Edward Charlesalton Chappell (41, Kissimmee) to 15 years and 8 months in federal prison for possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon. The court also ordered Chappell to forfeit the firearms and ammunition used in the offense. Chappell pled guilty on June 17, 2024.
