JOHNSTOWN, Pennsylvania, Sept. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
A resident of Middletown, Delaware, pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of violating federal narcotics laws, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.
Paul Smith, 46, pleaded guilty to Count One of the Superseding Indictment before Senior United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson.
