WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Missouri, issued the following news release on Sept. 17, 2024:

Today, Congressman Eric Burlison (R-MO-07) introduced new legislation to block the National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB) final rule entitled "Representation--Case Procedures: Election Bars; Proof of Majority Support in Construction Industry Collective-Bargaining Relationships."
