TOPEKA, Kansas, Sept. 13 -- Gov. Laura Kelly, D-Kansas, issued the following news release on Sept. 12, 2024:
Governor Laura Kelly announced today that applications are open for the second round of the Digital Opportunities to Connect Kansans (DOCK) program. A total of $1.95 million in funds will be available to enhance the digital skills of Kansans.
