CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release:
A settlement agreement has been reached with the Allergy and Asthma Center ("the Center") in Rochester to resolve allegations that it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
