WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Rep. Jennifer McClellan, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:

Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) announced Virginia State University (VSU) will receive $693,664 to support its Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) Research and Collaboration Exchange Project.
