WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $2,685,987 from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) for substance use disorder treatment and prevention for West Virginians and their families.
