WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), co-founder and co-chair of the Senate Caucus on Foster Youth, presented Chelsey's Dream Foundation with the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute's (CCAI) Angels in Adoption award. Anamosa's Chuck and Carol Bildstein founded the non-profit to provide financial and emotional support to adoptive families.
