WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Missouri, issued the following news release:
Senator Schmitt, along with Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), have written a letter to their fellow Senate Republicans, urging the Senate Republican Conference to consider returning to regular order and pushing for reforms in how the Senate debates major pieces of legislation, including the Upper Chamber's broken amendment process:
