ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (Sept. 12, 2024) Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro hosted the first-ever Department of the Navy Foreign Area Officers Summit at the U.S. Naval Academy's Mahan Hall, Sept. 12, 2024.
