MIAMI, Florida, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Markenzy Lapointe, issued the following news release:
On Aug. 29, a federal jury found Gary Lincoln Davis, 52, of Atlanta, Ga., guilty of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, two counts of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and one count of attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
