WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Sept. 10, 2024:
Today, Sept. 10, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Justice announced a Clean Air Act settlement agreement with Rudy's Performance Parts Inc. (Rudy's), a North Carolina automotive parts manufacturer and seller, and its owner, Aaron Rudolf, to pay a total of $10 million in criminal fines and civil penalties for manufacturing, selling and installing . . .
