WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Rep. Eli Crane, R-Arizona, issued the following news on Sept. 9, 2024:
Today, the United States House of Representatives passed the Subterranean Border Defense Act--legislation introduced by Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) and Rep. Lou Correa (D-CA).
The legislation would strengthen our layered defense system at the border by requiring annual reports to Congress on counter illicit cross-border tunnel operations.
