WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General's Office of Investigations issued the following investigation report:

On August 5, 2024, a grand jury in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma indicted Bryce Daniel Hubbard for one count of interference with the operation of an aircraft.
