JOHNSTOWN, Pennsylvania, Sept. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release on Sept. 5, 2024:
A resident of Peoria, Arizona, was sentenced in federal court to 102 months in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, on his conviction of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.
