AKRON, OH U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) issued the following statement after a Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge issued a preliminary injunction that will temporarily block enforcement of Ohio laws banning use of telemedicine in medication abortions, and prohibiting certified nurse midwives, physician assistants and other non-physician medical professionals from prescribing medica . . .
