IRVING, Texas, Sept. 4 -- The Big 12 Conference, a college athletic conference, issued the following news:

Arizona State's Judy Chepkoech (women's) and Cincinnati's Patrick Kiprop (men's) collected the first Big 12 Runner of the Week awards for the 2024 season.
