WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
"Reporters covering the Gotion story must ask the company to show its work. The company says it will create 2,350 jobs(link is external) and have a payroll of $106 million(link is external). That's $45,106 a job, which is well below the $61,995 average annual wage(link is external) the company previously promised the state legislature when it asked for millions of dollars in taxpayer supp . . .
