Today, on the third anniversary of the horrific terrorist attack at Abbey Gate outside Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport that claimed the lives of 13 brave U.S. servicemembers, Representatives Mario Diaz-Balart (FL-26) and John Rutherford (FL-05) pay tribute by reintroducing the 13 Folds of Honor Act, which provides a script to be read during official or burial flag . . .
