ATLANTA, Georgia, Aug. 24 -- The Carter Center issued the following news release:
The Carter Center's nonpartisan election observation partner in Montana, the Montana Election Observation Initiative, released a final statement on Aug. 14 of findings from its pilot project to monitor Missoula County's June 4 primary election process.
