NORFOLK, Virginia, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release:

A Virginia Beach woman was sentenced today to four years in prison for two counts of wire fraud after perpetrating embezzlement and COVID-19 program schemes resulting in over a million dollars in losses.
