SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:

The United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Jamar McDowell, age 32, of Columbia Cross Roads, Pennsylvania, was indicted by a federal grand jury for drug trafficking and firearm offenses.
