JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
In a change of command ceremony held at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph on Aug. 16, Col. John P. Anderson officially took command of the 12th Operations Group from Col. James J. Muniz. The ceremony was attended by military personnel, civilian staff, and local dignitaries, marking the transition in unit leadership.
