Binghamton, NY U.S. Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) today announced he will host another pinning ceremony for Vietnam War Veterans on Wednesday, August 28 from 9:30am to 10:30am in Broome County. Rep. Molinaro held a pinning ceremony in Greene County earlier this month as part of his August Action Plan.
