FLORENCE, South Carolina, Aug. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina issued the following news release:
David Carlos Rodriguez, Jr., 50, of Florence, has pleaded guilty to distributing Oxycodone outside the scope of medical practice and without a legitimate medical purpose.
Evidence obtained during the investigation revealed that Rodriguez, who was a doctor practicing in Lake City, prescribed Oxycodone to a patient 15 times between May . . .
