WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Monmouth Beach, NJ Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) today announced he has helped secure $55,581 in federal funding for the Borough of Monmouth Beach. The funding was made possible through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighter Grants (AFG) Program and will be used by the Borough to replace more than 5,000 feet of fire hose.
