NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Aug. 17 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's New Orleans Division issued the following news release on Aug. 15, 2024:
Joseph Riggins, Jr., will spend 25 years in federal prison for distributing fentanyl that resulted in a person's death. Jonathan D. Ross, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced the sentence, which was handed down on Wednesday by United States District Judge James M. Moody, Jr.
