MANHATTAN, KS Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) completed his annual 60-county Mann Listening Tour. Since being elected to Congress, Rep. Mann has hosted at least one town hall in every county of the Big First each year, for a total of 246 town halls over the past four years.
