MADISON, Wisconsin, Aug. 15 (TNSres) -- The University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute issued the following news:
On a sunny morning in mid-June, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay's research vessel, Phoenix, headed out onto the bay. Aboard were Sea Grant researchers Emily Tyner and Bill Sallak and a small mound of recording equipment.
