MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma, Aug. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Thackerville Pharmacy and its owner, Nurse Practitioner Dana Sprott, have agreed to pay $115,000.00 to settle allegations they violated the federal Controlled Substances Act.
