WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:

Charleston, WV Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV) toured the TW Metals Defense Industrial Supplier in South Charleston, West Virginia. TW Metals and the West Virginia defense industrial base provides more than 2.7 million parts and raw materials for the U.S. Navy's aircraft carrier program.
