WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 -- Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
MEMPHIS Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that Shelby County will receive a $7,000 grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for air quality sensors in low-income and disadvantaged communities. The funding for the grant came from the Inflation Reduction Act that Congressman Cohen voted for.
