PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Aug. 8 -- Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha issued the following statement on Aug. 7, 2024:

Attorney General Peter F. Neronha issued the following statement today after the Court accepted Rhode Island Recycled Metals' fire remediation plan, thereby allowing company operations to resume following the installation of infrared cameras.

"Rhode Island Recycled Metals forfeited its right to manage its own business . . .
