Moxie's Gluten-Free Cafe -- located inside the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Selleck Food Court -- has been providing students, faculty and staff with a completely gluten-free dining experience for two years.
And this year, Moxie's earned a gold rating from FARE, the highest rating bestowed by the organ . . .
