NASHVILLE, Tennessee, July 30 -- Vanderbilt University issued the following news:
From Monday, Aug. 13, to Friday, Aug. 16, Natchez Trace will be closed between Vanderbilt Place and Jess Neely Drive. Road work on this stretch will happen 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; during the day metal plates will cover the area to maintain two-way traffic flow.
Pedestrian pathways in the area will be open. Traffic controllers will be in the area to help direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic. < . . .
